GABRIEL...THE MOST AMAZING CHOCOLATE IN WESTERN AUSTRALIA!!

Few months ago I took a portrait of Gabriel, the owner of Gabriel Chocolate Factory in Margaret River... It was a pleasure to meet him and his family..it showed us around during the chocolate production, explaining all the process and how he loves to create a good quality and unique chocolate.. and that's true!! Just taste it!!!
